BP73 Pair of Chinese Walnut Chairs circa: 1870 Dimensions: L 23.25 x D 18.5 x H 40 This pair of solid Walnut chairs come from the Fujin province of China. The carving on the back of the chairs depicts the inverted symbol for the bat (Fu) symbolizing good fortune. We have maintained the patina developed over with adding only a wax finish to highlight the patina and character developed over the ages. This pair of chairs is extremely comfortable and sturdy, and would make a great addition in ones home.
